Rocky Patel cigars has turned 10 years old and they've created a special blend of cigars in celebration of this.  These cigars are hard to get!  The Rocky Patel Decades are a full-bodied smoke that has a beautiful Ecuadorian wrapper with Nicaraguan fillers and binders.   The boxes of these are unique and have a strange feeling texture.
