Tex Cigars Incorporated operates 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Very rarely will you not get a response from us within a few hours of your call or e-mail during business hours.
We ship nationwide Monday through Friday from our shipping facilities in Pennsylvania and we prefer to use UPS. Please be aware that our last packages go out at 4:30pm and any orders placed after 3pm may not go out the same day. Please note UPS does not ship on Saturday and Sunday without special arrangements made. Additionally, the first transit day is the day following the shipment from Tex Cigars. Estimated transit times are reflected in the map below.
Most orders are shipped $5.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item via UPS Ground. Order any product that is tagged with "Free Shipping" and your entire order gets free UPS Ground shipping.
At this time we are NOT shipping international orders or orders to New York. We do ship to APOs with USPS upon request.
Extra fees will be charged to any shipment outside of the continental USA and our website might not reflect the correct price on shipping at checkout!
Any orders for empty cigar boxes as well as orders for humidors that hold 25 sticks and over are ship by weight items. Correct shipping will not be reflected at checkout. Please call for a ship quote.
We do accept returns for store credit or money back. We do have a strict policy of the return time in order to prevent the cigars from being damaged. If you have a problem with your cigars, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We document the delivery of all cigars on your account and will not accept returns after 10 full days. Should you need to return the cigars to us you MUST contact us by phone. Please do not simply rely on e-mail as it's occasionally unreliable. If cigars are sent back to us without setting up a return with one of our customer service representatives, you will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns of boxes of cigars with more than one cigar smoked are subject to a pro-rated credit. Please do not return partially smoked cigars.
