Firstly, we do NOT charge your credit card if your item is out of stock. We only charge your card if and when your item ships. Most orders ship the same day. Our software does not immediately charge cards due to attempted fraud, out of stock items, and overall security for our customers. We personally check every order over for fraudulent activity before we charge the card.

We Reserve the Right to Deny Shipment to ANYONE If we feel the order is fraudulent (or for any other reason we deem worthy). You must be 18 years old to purchase cigars or tobacco products from Tex Cigars Inc. Tex Cigars Inc. sells tobacco products to adults only. By Agreeing to our terms, you are defining your age to be at least 18 and that you are legally able to buy tobacco and tobacco products including cigars. The sale of cigars to minors is illegal and we do not sell to minors under any circumstances. Tex Cigars Inc. cannot sell cigars or any tobacco products to minors. Any illegal purchasing of cigar or tobacco products here is solely the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be the responsibility of Tex Cigars Inc. Again, by checking "I agree" you are agreeing that you are 18 years old and are legally able to buy cigars and tobacco products.

We accept returns for store credit or money back. We do have a strict policy of the return time in order to prevent the cigars from being damaged. If you have a problem with the cigars, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your cigars. We document the delivery of all cigars on your account and will not accept returns after 3 full days. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the cigars back to us should you want a return. We reserve the right to and at our discretion will charge a 10% restocking fee if you are returning your cigars for reasons that are not our fault. Some examples are:

1. Gift - but the recipient does not like the cigars. (Yes, this happened)
2. Ordering the wrong product by accident. (Yes, this has happened)

Very rarely are any of our cigars returned, however, should you return the cigars to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone. Do not simply rely on e-mail because sometimes spam filters catch e-mails and it's occasionally unreliable. Thanks!
