Tex Cigars Incorporated operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Very rarely will you not get a response from us within a few hours of your call or e-mail. We pride ourselves on our strong customer service and promise that we will do our very best to take care of you and your cigar order. Please, if you have ANY questions, give us a call or an e-mail. You won't be disappointed! We ship nationwide every day and we prefer to use Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex takes the best care of packages as opposed to USPS or UPS in our opinion. We do our very best to inform our customers as soon as possible if a product is not in stock. Extra fees will be charged to shipments to Hawaii & Alaska. We do accept returns for store credit or money back. We do have a strict policy of the return time in order to prevent the cigars from being damaged. If you have a problem with the cigars, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your cigars. We document the delivery of all cigars on your account and will not accept returns after 3 full days. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the cigars back to us should you want a return. Very rarely are any of our cigars returned, however, should you return the cigars to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone.
