September 10, 2013 — Meier & Dutch today announced a partnership with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products to produce a one-of-a kind collection of Sons of Anarchy–inspired cigars and premium cigar accessories just in time for the award-winning television series to make its Season Six return to FX. In addition to a limited edition super premium cigar, the cigar line also features unique lighters, cigar cutters, and leather cases depicting the ominous and iconic Reaper logo.

The makers of the Sons of Anarchy cigar by Black Crown are fans of the show themselves and have created a bold, complex cigar and accessory line to parallel Sons of Anarchy’s gritty themes and complex characters. The cigar blend comes densely packed with premium Nicaraguan leaves and a limited Criollo ’98 binder that is topped off with a unique Ecuadorian-grown wrapper.

“Sons of Anarchy is so detailed, so well-produced and takes you down such a rabbit hole that we felt this powerful, complex, yet well-balanced Black Crown blend was the perfect fit as the official Sons of Anarchy cigar,” said Steve McDevitt, Director of Sales for Black Crown Cigars. “Fans of the show and fans of cigars will really appreciate this blend.”

“Building on the merchandise success for Sons of Anarchy, we continue to explore new categories and product opportunities that not only appeal to the expansive Sons of Anarchy fan base, but also reflect the overall lifestyle of the show,” said Roz Nowicki, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Retail at Fox Consumer Products. “We are proud to partner with Meier & Dutch for a merchandise program that is truly unique to the series.”

Sons of Anarchy by Black Crown are made in Honduras and packed in boxes of 20, showcasing five different sizes. Contact Meier & Dutch Wholesale Distributors for details.
