A little background: I would classify myself as an opportunistic cigar smoker. I can't distinguish nutty, spicy, earthy tones, etc from a cigar. All I can do is report my experience. I love cigars and smoke whenever I have the opportunity but have never purchased more than 2-3 at a time. That is about to change.
See all my life (41 years) I have assumed that to enjoy a hand rolled cigar with a leaf wrapper I had to pay $8-$10 at my local tobacco shop that has a humidor with a screen door and moldy humidifiers.
Today I received my first box/bundle of cigars I have every purchased. When the UPS driver dropped off the package I was like a kid on Christmas morning. I knew I should let my new cigars age but I couldn't wait. The wrapper was beautiful with no flaws. A gentle squeeze and the amount of firmness felt right to me. I would classify this cigar as mild. As I mentioned earlier, those exotic sounding descriptions just don't register on my tongue yet, but I thoroughly enjoyed the cigar.
I am going to spread the word that a great cigar experience can be had for as little as $1.50 each, which includes shipping. Again, maybe it is my lack of experience but this cigar was as good as the Ashtons, Partagas', and Fuentes that I have recently smoked.
Enjoy
