Wanted to take a sec and write a review not only about these cigars but about the outstanding customer service I received from Texcigars.com. I was kept informed and the cigars shipped quickly arriving less than a week later Fed Ex ground. The cigars of course were in great shape and I am thoroughly satisfied.
The first time I tried an Illusione CG4 was a couple of years ago and I thought at the time that it was the best cigar I had ever smoked. After a couple of years worth of experiencing other cigars I was very anxious to see if these Illusiones were as good as I remembered. The short version is that they are.
The cigar has what I consider to be the perfect draw, not too tight no too loose. The burn was perfectly even from start to finish. The taste of this cigar is very woody/earthy throughout. Throw in some spice when first lit and some leather towards the end. After several years of experimenting and trying lots of cigars, the Illusione CG4 ranks in my top 3 favorites and I wouldn't be able to rate any one of my top 3 better than the other.
