Customer service at TexCigars was excellent. They were initially out of these cigars, but notified me as soon as they came in. They shipped them to me immediately, so my husband could have them in time for Christmas. He has not yet smoked one, since he is currently enjoying just looking at the box, but is thrilled to have them. Thank you, TexCigars!
